Talking at the Women's Climbing Symposium revisit, ShAFF 2013- 07.02.2013
In the run up to ShAFF 2013 (for which I am judging the films), the organisers run ‘expert nights’. This year’s Climbing night will be a revisit of the Women’s Climbing Symposium 2012. Many great things happened on that day in November and obviously we can’t repeat everything, so ShAFF are hosting some of the highlights of the day and I will be repeating my talk on Injuries and how they effect you mentally; or rather how they have effected me.
This last year has been especially hard for many reasons and I will be talking about this and what I have observed over the years about how we deal with injuries.
So if you haven’t yet managed to make a Women’s Symposium, then here’s your chance to capture a glimpse of what goes on, in what I’m sure will be a very entertaining night.

And don't forget to get your tickets for the film showings at ShAFF 1-3 March, there's a lot of good stuff to see, as ever.
